Zoom GlobalMech Corp’s trailer-mounted mixer pumps integrate diesel engine, hydraulic pump, drum drive and concrete pump into one PLC-controlled ecosystem. When the display flashes Error E-47—“Drum speed sensor out of range”—follow this sequence before calling service: (1) check sensor gap with a feeler gauge; 1.5 mm is nominal. (2) Spin drum manually; if magnetic pickup misses 16 pulses per revolution, the target wheel has lost a magnet—replace the wheel, not the sensor. (3) Clear fault code and run auto-calibration from the service menu; enter drum capacity 6.0 m³ and rated speed 14 rpm. System self-tests within 90 seconds.

Hydraulic overheating above 85 °C? Inspect the cooler fan first; debris blocks 40 % of fins on urban jobs. Next, measure charge pressure at test port C; 25 bar is minimum. Below that, swap the 10-micron return filter—never clean and reuse. If temperature still climbs, use an infrared gun to find a stuck relief valve; differential should be <5 °C across the valve body. A 50-dollar thermal probe saves a 3 000-dollar main pump.
