The large arc and low-resistance S-tube flow channel have smaller pumping resistance than products in the same industry, and the concrete flows more smoothly. The adaptive pumping control technology can automatically identify the working conditions, increase the pumping efficiency by 8%, and reduce the pumping resistance by 10%. On the basis of the original 22MPa, the pumping height has been increased by more than 3 floors, and C60 concrete can be pumped to more than 280 meters, which is the highest pumping height at the same pressure in the industry.

2. Comprehensive fuel consumption is further reduced

Equipped with a cast integrated valve group, the pressure loss is 45% lower than the industry, the heat is less, and the fuel consumption is reduced by more than 5%. In addition, Zoomlion's fifth-generation energy-saving control technology makes the comprehensive fuel consumption of the whole vehicle more than 15% lower than the industry, which can save more than 30,000 yuan for users a year.

At the construction site of Taizhou Sanmen Nuclear Power Station, a national key project, the operator said: "This Zhonglian 23MPa vehicle-mounted pump is like a strongman. It has strong pumping and low fuel consumption. It continuously pumps 800 cubic meters and only uses 200 liters of diesel."

Two sets of driving/parking refrigeration devices are driven by the chassis and the upper diesel engine respectively. They can be switched with one button in the cab, which is simple to operate. Refrigeration can be performed in driving, idling, pumping and other working modes.
