•Small and light weight, No. 1 in this class
Compact equipment arrangement and new soundproof technique in the cooling ventilation structure have resulted in a light-weight, small-sized generator package requiring a small installation area. Generator package can be easily moved.
•Supplies high-quality power
Combining the generator's highperformance automatic voltage regulator (AVR) and the engine's electronic governor has achieved a voltage fluctuation rate of ±0.5% or less. The 2/3-pitch winding has also reduced noise levels. Constant-voltage constant-frequency (CVCF) power generation is achieved from a single power source; optimum for computer power supply. (Multi-voltage changeover between 200·400 V/50 Hz and 220·440 V/60 Hz)
•Easy-to-operate panel
Generator and engine are operated in combined mode from the generator control panel. Combined gauge panel can be quickly checked for easy monitoring. With the overdoor for control panel the overdoor which is united the panel cover can be easily open / closed, so safety operating is possible at rain situation (Over MGP220E); and electronic governor is provided for easy adjusting (Over MGP300). The circuit breaker can be open / closed by only pressing each push button switches since the electric operated circuit-breaker is mounted (Over MGP420).
•Time / labor-saving maintenance
All maintenance access doors are open / closed by a simple operation. Auto-locking function of access doors is activated during all-door open; reliable even in strong wind. Maintenance-free battery is standard to lengthen the inspection and water resupply intervals. Engine air heater is standard to improve engine start performance at low temperature. The automatic engine warming device operates during start-up idle until engine coolant exceeds the specified temperature.
•Absolute noise prevention measures
Low noise package, 73 dB (A) or less at 7 m, specified as low-noise type machine by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. Also, we can prepare for weatherproof enclosure type.
•Fuel-saving operation / extended operation
With the idle / rating changeover switch for engine speed, fuel consumption in non-load standby is reduced to eliminate warm-up operation time and save fuel. The standard models are equipped with the fuel port and return. The standard models are equipped with the fuel port and return port for the external fuel tank. Use of the automatic lube oil supply equipment (option) enables continuous extended operation.
•High reliability
H-type generator winding insulation has high durability. Protective alarms provide warning of generator and engine faults. Alarm test / emergency stop button activates emergency stop during operation; burnt lamps checked during stoppage
•Improved heavy-load performance
Use of Volt / Hz AVR (droop control of output voltage proportionally reduced frequency) prevents engine stall and recover faster when heavily loaded. High- capacity motors can be readily
•Parallel operation most effective for high-capacity power generation
Automatic parallel operation device is standard for MGP875. Manual synchro-nizer, electronic governor, and electric operated circuit-breaker provide stable parallel operation. No control cablerequired between packages;cross current compensation current transformer (CCCT) is standard
